Our gathering is holy not because we wear holy garment but because God is in our midst. Zion is the Holy City of the Most High where we congregate when we come together. The book of Isaiah describes us as the Daughters of Zion. Zion is a mother that has a womb.
PSALM 50:1-2: ” The mighty God, even the Lord, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof. 2 Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined.”
Paul gave the allegory of Sarah and Hagar. He compared Sarah to mount Zion and Hagar to Sinai (Galatians 4:24-26). Zion is our identity and it has been ordained for Zion to be fruitful. If Zion is a place of fruitfulness and we have come to Zion, we have to be fruitful. You can’t be in Zion and be barren. You must be fruitful by all means.
ISAIAH 66:7-9: ” 7 Before she travailed, she brought forth; before her pain came, she was delivered of a man child. 8 Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children. 9 Shall I bring to the birth, and not cause to bring forth? saith the Lord: shall I cause to bring forth, and shut the womb? saith thy God.”
This scripture shows us that Zion is a woman that has a womb. When you are in Zion, the nature of Zion must reflect in your life. As Zion people, we are controlled by the constitution of Zion. We must carry the unction of Zion. If we are in Zion and we don’t acknowledge what Zion is, we may not be able to enjoy the benefits of Zion. It is the nature of Zion to be fruitful. If we are daughters of Zion, it is expected of us to produce fruits. Our fulfilment lies in bringing forth fruits.
I JOHN 5:4: ” 4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.”
God birthed Zion to overcome the world. Zion is always superior to Sinai. The world is summed up in things that are born of man and the devil. The word ‘born’ is always associated with Zion. Whatever is born of Zion is Zion and it overcomes the world. Anything that is born of Zion overcomes the world. The way God has ordained us to overcome is to give birth.
JOHN 3:3-6: ” 3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. 4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born? 5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.”
The summary of this scripture is birth. If you are in Zion and you do not give birth, it shows that you don’t know where you are. We must be fruitful because that is the ordination of Zion. If you want to overcome the world, learn how to give birth. Whatever is born of Zion is Zion and it will always overcome. The core of all our knowledge resides in our unconscious mind. Until our knowledge gets there we do not really know what we claim to know.
ISAIAH 66:8:” 8 Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children”;
ROMANS 8:28 ” 28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
There is a preparation for each and every one in Zion. There are certain things that God has set aside for us. There are things that appear in God that anybody can desire. There are also things that God has prepared specific people to birth.
I JOHN 5:4: “4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.”
Whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world. Whatever is engendered in Zion is superior to whatever the world can produce. The following can be born of God:
Salvation. Promises. Personal prophecies. There is a way you can romance personal prophecies carelessly. If you don’t handle them well, they can slip away. Giftings, operations, ministries and commissions. Visions, initiatives and ideas. If God births an idea, it will overcome the dimensions of the world. Desires. God does not only want to produce a desire in you but He wants to see many of His desires fulfilled in your life. Knowledge, understanding and wisdom. Plans and purposes. Moves. Change.
In order to birth things under God, we have to give ourselves to certain things. Conception through fellowship with the word and the Holy Spirit. Intense hunger for the things conceived. Locating the food and the water of the seed sown in you. The seed of life that became the tree of life was planted by the water of life. To make the seed in you grow, you need to fellowship with people who have walked in that path. Intense meditation, (I Timothy 4:15). Intense prayer born out of a desire, (Micah 4:9-10). Faith and Patience, (Hebrew 6:12)
LUKE 1:35:“35 And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.”;
ACTS 1:8 “ 8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”;
Acts10:38: “38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.”
The Holy Spirit’s coming made Mary have a Holy Seed; made the disciples witness to the uttermost part of the earth; and made Jesus go about doing good. If the Holy Spirit does not come upon us, we will not produce fruits. We will be sterile and infertile.
