The Glory and the Riches of His Kingdom; Day 3 Evening Session

Message 2

Minister: Pst Seyi Osanyinbi

Paul mentioned many things in 1 Corinthians 4:1ff which the church is expected to renounce. One of the dangers in this end time is that many untrue followers want to enjoy the riches of the kingdom– This is practically impossible. Many want to come into leadership and enjoy deep things in Christ without going through the necessary process. However, God is not a democrat; everything He says is a commandment and not a suggestion.
Every kingdom has a king. In maximising all that is available in the kingdom, we must have a relationship with the king of the kingdom. There is a dimension of relationship with God that the church has to come into if we will enjoy the glory and the riches of the Kingdom.
The church has been called to subdue the earth but the church cannot do this until she has been subdued herself. The church has to be subdued by the kingdom if she will fulfil her mandate on earth. Until your will is overthrown, you cannot establish the kingdom of God on earth. We have to come to that point where nothing matters except it is God’s demand, even if it is death. We need to come to that level where we don’t mind if our lives will be sacrificed for the fulfilment of God’s will.
Any operation that is against the agenda of heaven is false and is an expression of the Anti-Christ. When we pull down what God is building, we are setting ourselves up for a life without God’s riches and glory.
