A purposeful woman is a virtuous woman who is sought for. Whatever job you do, be the best in it. A simple definition of the word career is a vocation or profession you are involved in for a period of time. This means that you can’t expect to “arrive” the very day you begin. You progress over time.
Going to school is to enlighten you. Making use of what you have been taught is what brings wealth. You must learn other things like how to relate well with people. These are things you are not taught in school.
You have to work on human relation in whatever you have studied. For any chosen career, spirituality is important. If you are not spiritual, the Holy Ghost cannot minister to you. Spirituality is about carrying God consciousness. The Holy Ghost places you in command by virtue of your spirituality.
You need wisdom in handling different kinds of people. Be wise to ask God for wisdom. Character protects your gifts and talents. Character is very essential in career and vocation. You must have integrity. Be a person of your words. You have to discipline yourself.
Diligence is very important, even though you are naturally endowed with skills, you have to be diligent to keep up and keep acquiring knowledge. Skills will give you supernatural exploits and efficiency, it gives a difference and a place. It is important to acquire skills; skills are obtainable in the following ways:
+ You can be supernaturally endowed
+ You can be naturally endowed
+ Skills are also gotten through training and even for those with natural abilities, you have to keep developing yourself.
These are other things you have to take note of; Do what you love. Look for successful people in a particular area to get trained.
For you to enhance your career and vocation, you have to be flexible with communication. You do not grow well to manage well. You manage to grow well.
