We are free citizens and we must understand that the kingdom of God is the original kingdom. most times we want to study God’s kingdom from the perspective of what we have seen and know but the truth is there is no kingdom on earth that can truly typify the kingdom of God.in understanding the kingdom of God, we have to understand the things that he has revealed to us. To want to use the earthly system to understand how God runs things will be wrong and inaccurate. God’s things do not necessarily need to be new but it must be fresh. It is fresh when it ministers life to you.
Communication is important in the kingdom. You must come to a point where you realise you are part of this kingdom and that the kingdom is working in your life. God is not only God, But He is also a king. There must be a difference between how you see God and how unbelievers see God. Everyone (good and bad) knows that there is a God somewhere but your perspective about God must be different from that of an unbeliever. God to you must be different from God to the world.

Only God has the right to brag because He depends on no one and on nothing. Before creation at all, there was God. Every other material we see asides God was made even angels. The will makes a king; what makes a king is his will be done. The importance of this teaching is that you must realise how the kingdom relates to you. In the kingdom of God, there will be separations just as illustrated in the parable of the fisherman who cast out his net and harvested a lot but then at the end removed the ones which were not good. The kingdom of God and the kingdom of heaven is the same thing and is already here. There is no way the kingdom can be expressed without men. The instrumentality of the expansion of the kingdom of God is not politics. The primary thing about the kingdom of God is that it is after the souls of men because that is where God can be expressed. Satan is pushing some frontiers in our time and this makes survival difficult.
The will of a king has to be done. No one defiles the orders of a king. As much as God’s will have to be done, God also gave Man a will. Interestingly enough, man has not been able to submit that will to God. The only way the kingdom of God can find expression in you and through you is when your will is submitted to His own. God is the universal set because outside him there is nothing else and inside that universal set is you. There is a way you relate with God and what you get is Him, there is also a way you can relate with God and what you will get is you. God is not looking for where you and Him are common, He is looking forward to sucking you up. He wants to take you over. Where the will of God exists, no other will can exist.
The kingdom cannot be expressed until God has His way into every man’s life. God will still remove from His kingdom the things that offend. If you have been in the kingdom for years and you are not progressing, there is no way kingdom can find expression. The inward man is God’s inheritance. You are precious to God not only because He wants you to come to heaven but also because He wants the kingdom to be established in your heart. We cannot talk about any other thing until God begins to have his way in us.
In subsequent lessons, we will learn about the indicators of the kingdom. When you see the wondrous works of God, they are telling you about God and His kingdom. 2 Corinthians 10: 3 – if we are petty, what God can do with us will be limited. The message of the kingdom requires that we change and be transformed. The point that you attend church should have a lasting impact on you. When God cannot have his way with you, you will truncate His programme in your life. God wants to use you if you will yield. He needs people He can trust.
